Vital Delivery Solutions (VDS) is redefining healthcare logistics—and we’re looking for a high-impact Senior Business Development Executive to lead our expansion across the Northeast.
Why This Role Is Different

  • Uncapped earnings — your performance = your paycheck
  • Proven solution — 300+ daily routes, 350+ drivers, 24/7/365 operations
  • Massive growth runway — backed by private equity and scaling fast

What You’ll Do
  • Win big accounts across hospital systems, labs, pharmacies, and IDNs
  • Sell a full-service healthcare logistics platform (STAT courier, dedicated routes, lab transport, pharma distribution, warehousing)
  • Build and own a robust sales pipeline — from first touch through close
  • Lead RFPs, pricing, and C-suite negotiations
  • Turn single-department wins into enterprise-wide partnerships
  • Be the face of VDS in the Northeast market

What You Bring
  • At least 5–10+ years in B2B sales, including healthcare or logistics
  • A true hunter mindset — you thrive on building new business
  • A track record of closing complex deals ($250K+ annually)
  • Strong relationships with hospital, lab, or supply chain leaders
  • Direct experience selling logistics, courier, supply chain, or healthcare services
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with average contract values of $250K+ annually.
  • Confidence presenting to executive stakeholders
  • CRM discipline and a data-driven sales approach

Bonus Points
  • Experience with HIPAA, cold chain, or lab logistics
  • Relationships within major Northeast health systems
  • Exposure to GPOs (Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust)

The Details
  • Location: Northeast (CT, NJ, MA or nearby) | Remote + travel; We prefer candidates in the Boston area or alternatively must be located in the NE United States
  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+ uncapped
  • Comp Structure: Competitive base + aggressive, no-cap commission plan + benefits
  • Impact: Build territory, influence strategy, and scale with the company
