Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality management systems, and tools like LIMS or CAPA software is typically required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills set top performers apart. These competencies ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and the maintenance of high-quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
