Location: Fort Detrick, Maryland (includes 75% travel)

First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) is seeking Logistics Analyst III personnel to support materiel fielding missions for PM SMD FID. This position supports pre-fielding preparation, execution of fielding operations, and post-fielding documentation requirements in accordance with Army regulations, PWS tasking, and Government process controls. 

What you will do 

  • Support fielding missions by using authorized Army automation systems to perform required data entry and mission updates before, during, and after fielding actions. 
  • Execute pre-fielding tasks and produce planning data and reports required to support fielding operations. 
  • Prepare and deliver the Pre-Fielding Analysis Report (CDRL A010) identifying required materiel, expected shortages, and related elements. 
  • Assist with fielding execution including de-processing, staging, inventory, and hand-off of materiel to gaining units, including movement of materiel within warehouses. 
  • Support discrepancy identification and reporting processes during fielding operations. 
  • Prepare and deliver the Materiel Fielding After Action Report (CDRL A011) and ensure required documentation packages are filed and retrievable by UIC. 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Five years of relevant logistics experience consistent with a Logistics Analyst III role. 
  • Ability to gain access to and maintain working knowledge of required Army automation systems. 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 
  • Strong writing skills and ability to produce organized, Government-ready documentation. 
  • Requires ability to travel 75% of the time. 

Security and compliance 

  • Must meet contract security and installation access requirements, including a Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility, and complete required Government training (Cyber Awareness, HIPAA/Privacy, AT, OPSEC, and others as applicable).
