Job description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator– Pharma (Hybrid – Tampa, FL) 

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator– Pharma (Hybrid – Tampa, FL) Coordinator– Pharma (Hybrid – Tampa, FL) for our global pharmaceutical client. The Candidate Care Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) Service Model by facilitating pre-employment activities for the Americas with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and dynamic, positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experiences. Manages cross-functional escalations. May participate in process improvement activities and programmatic changes. 
 

This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite at the client’s office in Tampa, FL. 

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:  

Supports overall TA pre-employment activities, including: 

  • Facilitates applicable pre-employment screenings including background checks following self-adjudication practices, drugs screens, medical mandates, and motor vehicle reports. 

  • Initiate I-9 & E-Verify right to work processes along with providing administrative support for immigration team. 

  • Cross-functional partnership providing TA guidance and problem-solving support and includes but not limited to assigned RBU TA Leads/TA Team, TA Compliance, HR People Services, HR Workforce Experience, IT. 

  • Manages Digital Onboarding Experience for candidates and represents TA in enhancements and troubleshooting issues. 

  • Answers Candidate and Hiring Manager inquiries and uses urgency and sound judgement to resolve problems. 

  • Problem-solves technical issues in Workday and other TA systems for internal TA partners. 

Process Improvement activities, including: 

  • Participation on Talent Acquisitions Enablement project teams, including global projects. 

  • Process mapping, documentation, and presentation. 

Requirements:  

  • 1+ years of HR Admin/Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel 

  • Must have knowledge of immigration process 

  • Spanish, Portuguese or French speaking and writing skills is a plus but not required 

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience preferred 

  • Understanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) specifically around compliance and tracking of cases. 

  • Understanding of the multiple phases of employment sponsored green card applications, specifically PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaign. 

  • High School Diploma required
