The Opportunity
As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Health Industries sector. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading the optimization of supply chain operations to enhance end-to-end visibility and collaboration
- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilizing technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Managing client engagements and driving operational strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Taking ownership of projects, confirming successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same
- Reviewing work to deepen the skills of team members and enhance project outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
