Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting seamless warehouse
operations, particularly in receiving and delivering small parcel deliveries, re-
stocking Kanban inventory systems, and assisting with material handling
activities. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, accurate inventory
management, and the reliability of supply processes within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
• Small Parcel Receipt & Delivery: Receive, inspect, and document incoming small parcel deliveries. Ensure accurate and timely delivery to designated recipients,
maintaining clear documentation for each transaction.
• Re-Stock Kanban Systems: Monitor inventory levels at Kanban stations. Complete replenishments to maintain necessary stock, ensuring items are properly labeled and
stored in accordance with procedure.
• Material Handling Support: Provide hands-on support with loading, unloading, sorting, and staging of warehouse materials. Safely operate material handling tools and equipment.
• Warehouse Organization: Support overall cleanliness and organization within warehouse areas. Facilitate inventory accuracy through proper storage and consistent
labeling of materials.
• Compliance & Safety: Closely follow all safety procedures and adhere to regulatory
requirements. Take part in safety trainings and promptly communicate
any safety concerns within the warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse staff, supply chain personnel, and other
stakeholders to achieve department goals and support continuous
improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or material handling experience
preferred.
Skills & Preferred Experience:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with inventory management
systems a plus)
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift and move packages/materials as required
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience preferred
• Experience working in a regulated environment a plus
