We have an urgent requirement for a Commercial Data & Analytics SME/Lead role based out of the Foster City office. This is a strategic business-facing role, not a pure engineering/reporting position.
Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can engage in a consultative discussion with Commercial stakeholders and help shape the roadmap for commercial data, analytics, launch enablement, and AI-driven use cases across different markets.
  • Work hands-on with SQL for Analytical Requirement Document (ARD) design and development
  • Apply data modelling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable analytics solutions
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven analytical solutions
  • Engage directly with clients, clearly articulating insights and recommendations
  • Manage, mentor, and guide an offshore delivery team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong pharma commercial analytics background
  • Strong commercial pharma with oncology experience, agentic AI/ AI/ ML Exposure, Client Executive/ Stakeholder Mgmt.
  • Ability to work with business + DTE/platform teams, Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of commercial data ecosystems. Someone who can help define roadmap/use cases, not just execute tasks.
  • Specialty/Rare disease pharma exposure, familiarity with Snowflake and modern data platforms and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
