Job Summary: As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales professional to join our team at PGW Auto Glass! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales within a defined territory to grow existing accounts and uncover new business. To excel in this position, you must possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organization. The ideal candidate needs to be very goal-oriented and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy set forth in the job expectations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
This position requires being bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Solicit, present products, and sell to both new and existing customers.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of PGW Auto Glass product literature to convey product information and availability to customers effectively.
  • Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from PGW's products or services.
  • Travel within the territory, utilizing time and territory management skills to promote PGW.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Continuously maintain and update the company's CRM.
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • A minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as the ability to operate a Company vehicle
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others
  • Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules
  • Must possess attention to detail while working in a timely fashion
  • Must possess organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work under various conditions with frequent interruptions
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Understanding and competence with Microsoft Office products

Work Environment & Physical Requirements (if applicable):
The employee should be able to tolerate both high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions. A high energy level and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. This position requires individuals to occasionally be on their feet, except when in an office situation or driving a company vehicle.
