JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Surveillance Operator! You'll be responsible for video monitoring of key areas across the property, ensuring security and compliance. Duties include observing casino activities, identifying and documenting illegal or unusual actions, and reporting to supervisors or authorities. Strong knowledge of PGCB regulations, internal controls, and confidentiality is required. This role demands attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to all policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Candidate will maintain strict adherence to the confidentiality of all departmental and PID information.
  • Candidate will maintain close observation on all casino activities from the monitoring system. 
  • Candidate will utilize necessary equipment to identify, record and document illegal and unusual activities occurring in the casino slot areas, table games areas, cage areas, and other money handling facilities.
  • Candidate will report all illegal and unusual activities to the supervisor on duty or other appropriate authorities as necessary.
  • Candidate will know all PGCB regulations, as well as PID internal controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • No Team Member who works in Surveillance is permitted to be in a familial or dating relationship with any other Team Member.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
