Job description

Responsibilities of the Retail Store Manager include:
  • Operating of retail sales and service departments in the store
  • Helping your representatives build strong relationships with their customers, make expert recommendations, and help onboard customers
  • Analyzing and measuring business trends; developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives both for team as well as individual
  • Ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels and merchandise presentations
  • Continually evaluating and reacting to performance issues and actively recruit staff and management candidates as well as communicating status with upper management
  • Directing and monitoring training to develop store staff in all appropriate aspects of the business
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store staff meetings, store walk-through and audits, etc.
  • Providing solutions directly to customers concerning billing, equipment, service plan upgrades, and other customer service related issue inquiries.
  • Resolving service related problems for customers and preventing the disruption or disconnection of their accounts.
  • Reviewing store trends and recommending and initiating changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
  • Participating in community events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the surrounding community.
  • Attending all required training programs and as well as compliance for all personnel.
  • Implementing measures for store personnel to actively seek out business opportunities to refer to our ABR team. (B2B Referral program)
  • Having the ability to work a retail schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
