Job description

PolyAI is the Agentic Dialog Platform for building the conversational enterprise, used to build, run, govern, and improve dialog agents at scale. Powered by Raven, a proprietary dialog model trained on more than a billion enterprise conversations, PolyAI agents are built for complexity, open at every layer, and sovereign by design. PolyAI serves hundreds of enterprises across 75 languages and 25 countries, including Metro Bank, Marriott, PG&E, and UniCredit.

The Role:

As a GTM Specialist at PolyAI, you'll be at the forefront of helping us grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing key relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be to work closely with our sales, pre-sales, and solutions teams to ensure the successful acquisition and retention of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as banking, hospitality, and retail.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach and lead generation campaigns.

  • Present PolyAI's capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate how our solutions can solve their specific business challenges.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful handovers from sales to delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven success in business development, with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

  • Ability to understand client needs and translate those into compelling solutions.

  • Experience in consultative selling and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and enterprise software sales.

  • Experience selling into contact centers, customer service environments, or industries such as hospitality, banking, telecom, or insurance.

  • A deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $100,000 – $120,000 OTE - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.

In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
