Job description

PFS Team Leader-Patient Financial Services
Description:
Responsible for the timely filing and follow-up of claims for assigned accounts
Manage, plan and control the workflow of team members
Motivate team members to achieve desired goals
Provide education and training for new team members
PFS Team Leader Education Requirements:
High School Graduate or G.E.D. and CPAR
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable.
Required Skills:
Must have the ability to work effectively under stressful circumstances.
Analytical and organizational skills must be excellent.
Attention to detail, communication, documentation and public relations skills should be excellent.
Time management and productivity must be excellent.
Physical Demands:
Good physical and mental health. Able to work under supervision or independently as directed by the situation and under stressful conditions.
