Work location/address: 1800 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95811. Pay rate: #####/st hr. Markup: 31.5%. Bill rate: ##### Working days/hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday. Dress code: business casual.
Ideal candidate: Must possess prior customer service experience in an administrative environment.
Job Description
โข Buzz guests into the building
โข Attend to the reception area
โข General administrative support to center activities
โข Classroom organization
โข Order catering and snacks/beverages for the executive training programs
โข Order and daily replenishment of supplies (office, kitchen and restrooms)
โข Kitchen upkeep, including refrigerator cleaning and washing of dishes
โข General upkeep and trash removal of the offices/classrooms
โข Mail pick up at the local post office
โข Plant maintenance
Onboarding: Campus - Non-Clinical. Background, social security trace, 7 year worked and lived found by SSN, county criminal F&M - 7 year, federal criminal - 7 year, widescreen plus national criminal search, national sex offender registry, application, temporary work agreement, harassment & discrimination pamphlet. Campus is urging and strongly recommending the flu vaccination for campus.
COVID 19 vaccination requirements: Proof of full COVID 19 vaccination + booster(s). Minimum timeframe โ Six (6) months after your primary series, either a second dose of Pfizer or Moderna; two (2) months after receiving a Johnson & Johnson single dose. Ages 16 and older. You will have a 30-day grace period to receive your booster after your primary series. If you completed the Pfizer or Moderna primary series, you are required to receive a booster no later than seven (7) months after your second dose. If you completed the Johnson and Johnson single dose, you are required to receive a booster no later than three (3) months after your single dose. Medical/religious-testing option: Unvaccinated individuals with previously approved medical or religious exemptions may retain an exemption from the booster requirement.
