What You'll Do
  • Lead all day-to-day operations of Delray Apartment Homes.
  • Build, coach, and develop an engaged, high-performing onsite team.
  • Maintain strong occupancy, collections, resident retention, and leasing performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all Texas PFC Affordable Housing requirements and program regulations.
  • Oversee income certifications, annual recertifications, file audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage community financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, variance reporting, and expense control.
  • Deliver exceptional resident experiences through outstanding customer service and effective conflict resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord/tenant regulations, and all company policies.
  • Analyze operational reports and implement action plans to continually improve community performance.
  • Partner closely with Regional Leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

 Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced multifamily leader who brings both operational excellence and affordable housing expertise.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
  • At least 2 years managing Affordable Housing/PFC communities.
  • Thorough knowledge of Texas Public Facility Corporation (PFC) Affordable Housing Programs.
  • Experience with income certifications, annual recertifications, file audits, lease compliance, and affordable housing documentation.
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations, income restrictions, Fair Housing laws, landlord/tenant regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven success achieving occupancy, collections, resident retention, and budget goals.
  • Experience managing property financials, including budgets, variance reporting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience supervising leasing, maintenance, and office teams.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Yardi (or equivalent property management software), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, develop action plans, and improve property performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile liability insurance.
