Job description

Salary: $18

We are seeking a Pet Care Technician to join our team! We are a large, fast paced dog and cat boarding/grooming facility north of Woodinville. We take pride in providing high quality personalized care for all animals at our facility.You would be responsible for the overall care and well beingof the animals at our facility.


  • Starting Wage is $18- $19 an hour


Responsibilities include:


  • Feeding
  • Record keeping - Potty habits and amount of food being eaten
  • Sanitizing dishes, walk ways, and kennels
  • Cleaning kennels
  • Administering medication after training and 90 day probation period
  • Potty walking
  • Communicating with other staff members on the well being of the animals
  • Operate washer and dryer to clean pet belongings, towels, etc.
  • Monitoring animal behavior


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a kennel attendant, kennel technician, pet care technician, animal care attendant, dog walker, dog sitter, pet care assistant or any other related fields is a plus!
  • Passion to care for animals
  • Ability to interact with animals in a caring manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Great communication
  • Good physical condition; able to stand on feet for entire 6 hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs


Details about the job:


  • Looking for full time, but able to accommodate part time for the right applicant
  • Hours are 7am-1pm OR 1pm-7pm
    • Starting Wage is $18 an hour
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and some Holiday shifts. Open Availability is prioritized first.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off for full time employees
