Sit Stay Concierge Pet Wellness is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated professionals to join our growing concierge pet care team.

We provide personalized, in-home pet wellness services designed to keep pets comfortable in their own environment. Our veterinary technician and assistant services include specialized pet sitting, medication administration, insulin injections, subcutaneous fluid administration, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, mat clipping, and other supportive pet care services. Our professional groomers provide in-home grooming services with an emphasis on gentle, individualized care.

Our business is growing because of the trust we've built within the veterinary community. Several specialty animal hospitals and general veterinary practices regularly refer clients to us for compassionate, in-home pet care services. As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our team to continue providing the exceptional care our clients have come to expect.

Unlike many high-volume practices, we believe in taking the time to build genuine relationships with our clients and their pets. We aren't rushing from appointment to appointment — we're meeting pets where they're most comfortable, listening to owners, earning trust, and providing individualized, low-stress care. We believe every visit should leave both pets and their families feeling cared for and supported.

We prioritize Fear Free® and low-stress handling techniques whenever possible, because our goal is to make every visit a positive, comfortable experience for both pets and their families.

• Starting at $25 per 30-minute appointment (equivalent to $50/hour)
• Most appointments are scheduled in 30-minute increments
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.10 per mile driven between appointments

• Provide compassionate, in-home pet wellness services
• Administer medications, insulin injections, and subcutaneous fluids as requested
• Perform nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and light mat clipping
• Provide specialized pet sitting for pets with medical or mobility needs
• Observe pets for changes in their condition and communicate concerns to owners
• Recommend that owners schedule an examination with their veterinarian whenever a pet appears to need medical evaluation
• Maintain accurate visit notes and excellent client communication
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Sit Stay Concierge Pet Wellness professionally
• Communicate effectively with our manager and clients
• Successfully navigate and utilize our booking/appointment app

• Perform professional in-home grooming services
• Safely handle pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
• Provide gentle grooming with a focus on minimizing stress
• Educate clients on coat maintenance and skin health
• Notify owners if you observe concerns that should be evaluated by their veterinarian
• Maintain grooming equipment and a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with our manager and clients
• Successfully navigate and utilize our booking/appointment app

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or Professional Groomer preferred
• Excellent animal handling skills
• Fear Free® certification or experience with low-stress handling techniques is a significant plus
• Compassionate, patient, and gentle with pets
• Personable and professional with clients
• Able to adapt quickly to changing environments and individual patient needs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
