We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable people who want to help pets (and their humans) have the best shopping experience possible.

Location: North End, Boston, MA 


Hours: 16-24 hours/week

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Greet every customer and deliver outstanding pet-focused customer service.
  • Assist shoppers in finding pet treats, food, and accessories.
  • Drive sales through engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions; reconcile cash drawer at close.
  • Maintain store appearance - cleaning, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Receive and process weekly inventory shipments (lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Support in-store events from prep to breakdown.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Some weekend shifts are required. 

Qualifications

  • Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (especially in pet retail).
  • Passion for animals and willingness to learn about pet products.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
