We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT)for aHome Healthposition providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Springfield area. This position is eligible for $20,000total bonus potential,including a$10,000first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000sign-on bonuspaid within the first18 monthsof employment!To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing&meetperformance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and home safety, developing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life

  • Educate and empower patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, use of assistive equipment, energy conservation, and home safety strategies to support safe, confident participation in daily routines

  • Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

  • Work independently, but never alone

  • Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

OT Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist, OT license in the state you work

  • One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
