Earn $55,000 - $75,000+ inclusive of commission and tips!

What you will be doing:

· Deliver Expert Grooming Services: Perform a full range of grooming services including baths, haircuts, breed-specific styling, nail trims, ear cleaning, and other standard services, ensuring pets look and feel their best.

· Provide Compassionate, Quality Care: Create a calm, stress-free environment where every pet receives gentle handling and personalized attention throughout their grooming experience.

· Maintain a Safe & Sanitary Workspace: Keep grooming stations and equipment clean, organized, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations to protect both pets and team members.

· Drive Repeat Business: Pre-book appointments and re-engage clients who haven’t visited in 6+ weeks to keep schedules full and maintain loyal relationship

· Grow Through Advocacy: Proactively ask for referrals and online reviews to build a strong community presence and attract new clients.

· Increase Earnings: Recommend add-on services and retail products to enhance each pet’s experience and boost overall ticket value.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of professional grooming experience.
• Excellent grooming skills and knowledge of breed specific techniques.
• A passion for pets and the ability to create long-term client relationships.
• At least 18 years of age, able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High level of reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• A strong desire to put in the effort to grow YOUR business.

How it works:

· Guaranteed Hourly Wage and up to 55% commission, whichever is greater. You have the safety net of an hourly wage as you build your business.

· Groomers keep all tips for pets they personally groom.

· Eligible for benefits after 90 days, including medical, dental.

· Bonuses and Incentives available.

· Discounts on personal pet food & supplies.

· Groomers with an existing book of business may be eligible to earn a sign on bonus or more commission on clients that are identified in advance – let’s talk!

Job Type: Full-time, will consider Part-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, variable based on store needs.
• Store Hours are 8am – 8pm, Mon – Sat and 9am – 6pm Sunday.
• Some weekend and holiday schedules may be required.
