Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely inventory positioning and effective response to disruptions. By leveraging data analysis and root cause problem solving, the manager enhances inventory health and operational efficiency. Additionally, this position provides leadership and development for the team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement while upholding company standards and delivering value to customers through precise inventory management.
About the team:
The Pets Merchandising Execution team operates within the Consumables SBU, focusing on driving profit and loss for pet merchandise strategies. This team leads inventory and financial management efforts to optimize product availability and supply chain efficiency. Collaborating closely with suppliers and cross-functional partners, the team ensures precise inventory planning, forecasting, and distribution. They address challenges through data-driven problem solving and maintain alignment with business goals. The team is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective execution to support customer needs and company objectives in the pet merchandise category.
What you'll do:
  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
  • Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing.
  • Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory issues.
  • Manage inventory distribution, purchase orders, and supplier relationships to ensure timely product flow.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including On-Time-In-Full delivery and inventory health metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align inventory strategies and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide leadership by training, mentoring, and developing team members to meet business goals.

  • Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and availability management to optimize stock levels.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely product flow and resolve supply disruptions.

  • Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and inventory systems to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
