Aspire Pest Solutions has an opening for a Technician in TRAINING (Male/Female) to support our Commercial, Residential, and Specialty Services.

This is a full-time position with ongoing training provided.


The right person can learn the work in 3-4 weeks and pass the exams in 1 to 4 attempts.


They can be fully on their own with some supervision in 5-6 weeks and be running their own route.

Pay:

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect premises regularly to identify areas where pest infestations are likely to occur
  • Utilize pesticides and other treatments to eliminate pests and protect against future infestations
  • Monitor related records and report any additional pest infestations or signs of activity
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports of treatments administered as required by the company
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and offering advice on pest management



Qualifications:

A Qualified Tech Trainee Will Possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field, like construction or landscaping, working in attics or crawlspaces
  • Strong communication and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in working with ladders, heights, tight spaces, crawl spaces, and attics (cleanouts & installs)
  • A people person knows how to work with customers and their expectations, yet understands boundaries
  • Good time management
  • Willingness to learn
  • Safety Focused – no beards due to masks fitting and under 300 lb. per ladder limits
  • Clean driving record (must provide evidence)
  • Drug Free (this includes random testing), Vape Free, Smoke Free


Preference Given To:

  • College – some or graduate
  • Work Experience
