100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) Company
Salary Range: $20-$24/hour

This is a full-time weekday position with overtime opportunities. Technicians can operate out of our Minnetonka, or Burnsville locations.

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales growth by communicating with customers, identifying needs, and promoting add-on services and solutions.
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and follow-up.
  • Safely mix and apply pesticides to structures in compliance with company, state, and federal standards.
  • Accurately record all services and sales in our electronic database.
  • Maintain company vehicle and manage inventory of supplies as outlined by our fleet department.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and commitment to safe driving.
  • Ability to obtain pesticide applicator’s license within 30 days of start (we cover the cost).
  • Comfortable performing field work, including tasks on hands and knees and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven in-person sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Background in building construction, maintenance, or related technical fields.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. Exposure to chemicals, tools, and equipment requires strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE.
