A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

As a Pest Control Technician, you are the face of our company. As you work your route, you are on the front lines building relationships with our customers and ensuring that we deliver the highest level of service possible. Your days are active and full of variety. Sometimes, you speak with neighbors of our current customers and offer the services of our company. As part of your demonstration of what we can do for them, you perform home inspections. Your positive demeanor sets people at ease and your honest appraisal of their situation earns their trust.

You also perform pest treatments by properly applying insecticides to the interior and exterior of our clients' homes. In addition, you seal their houses to eliminate animal entry, service rodent bait stations, and address any other issues that require your training and expertise. As you do so, you keep our customers in the know, and they appreciate your clear communication and your concern for their safety and that of their pets. You are proud to see their satisfaction at your job well done. You love helping people feel comfortable in their own homes!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job, such as climbing ladders and working at heights
