Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives in delivering pest control solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, hiring, coaching and developing sales talent, and ensuring consistent execution of our sales strategy across assigned sales territories. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience in pest control and a passion for team development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of inside and outside sales representatives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold team accountable for sales goals.
  • Conduct daily one-on-one coaching sessions for all sales reps.
  • Conduct team meetings to drive performance and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyze all sales reports.
  • Communicate with service manager to align service delivery with sales efforts.
  • Ensure all proposals and contracts comply with company standards.
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting of inbound customer leads.
  • Provide weekly and monthly forecasts to direct supervisor.
  • Support sales reps in the field to help generate sales and assist with development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in pest control or relevant industry experience.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Valid pest control licenses/certifications preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must pass pre-employment background screening
