About this position

We are currently hiring a Pest Control Sales Account Executive in to support our clients growing operations in the Indy area. In this role, you will meet with qualified customers, perform service consultations, recommend solutions, and close sales. Our outreach team and existing customer base help generate opportunities so you can focus on delivering value and building relationships. Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to grow your career in outside sales, field sales, or territory sales, we provide the training, mentorship, and tools needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer consultations and basic inspections to understand pest control needs
  • Recommend pest control, termite protection, ant infestation, rodent management, and insulation and crawl space remediation
  • Present service options and upsell additional services when appropriate
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training
Compensation
  • Average Pest Control Sales Agent: $2750 weekly
  • Uncapped commission structure

Salary Information Requirements

  • Ability to work independently within a designated territory
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Indianapolis territory
  • Willing and able to cover a 30 miles radius
