We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky.
This role is primarily focused on pest control services and route-based work, including recurring residential and commercial accounts. You will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and maintaining pest control accounts, while building strong customer relationships and helping drive retention.
Wildlife work will be part of the role but is secondary and trained over time.Key ResponsibilitiesPest Control (Primary Focus)
  • Perform routine pest control services on residential and commercial routes
  • Inspect properties to identify pest activity, conditions, and conducive factors
  • Treat for pests such as ants, spiders, roaches, wasps, rodents, and more
  • Apply products safely and in accordance with all state and company guidelines
  • Educate customers on pest prevention and reinforce the value of ongoing service
  • Maintain high completion rates and production efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for additional services (upsells, add-ons, corrections)
  • Ensure strong customer retention through quality service and communication
Wildlife Control (Secondary)
  • Assist with wildlife exclusion and control projects as needed
  • Support inspections and sealing of entry points
  • Help set traps and assist in removal when trained
  • Learn wildlife services over time (full training provided)
General Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service on every visit
  • Maintain accurate service records using company systems
  • Communicate clearly with office staff and management
  • Keep company vehicle, equipment, and materials organized and maintained
