Commercial Sales Representative - Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionPest Hunters | Southeast Michigan

Pest Hunters is a growing local pest-control company looking for a driven Commercial Sales Representative to help build our commercial division.
We're looking for a true business-development salesperson: someone who can prospect, build relationships, network, follow up, and close recurring commercial accounts.
Compensation
$36,000-$40,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.

Self-Generated Commercial Business

  • 15% commission up to $150,000 in annual sales
  • 20% from $150,000-$250,000
  • 25% from $250,000-$350,000
  • 30% above $350,000
Company-Provided Leads

  • 15% of first-year collected revenue
Commissions are based on collected first-year revenue.
Target earning potential: $75,000-$100,000+
Top performers can earn $120,000+ with no commission cap.

We want successful reps to make serious money. The more recurring commercial business you build, the more you earn.
What You'll Sell

You'll develop recurring pest-control relationships with:
  • Property management companies
  • Apartment communities
  • Condos and HOAs
  • Senior living communities
  • Restaurants
  • Car dealerships
  • Commercial buildings and offices
  • Retail and multi-location businesses
Our focus is on long-term recurring pest-management agreements, not simply one-time treatments.
What You'll Do
  • Identify and prospect new commercial accounts
  • Reach property managers, facility managers, maintenance directors, owners, and other decision-makers
  • Generate opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Attend local property-management and business networking events
  • Schedule commercial inspections and sales appointments
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Consistently follow up with prospects
  • Close recurring commercial agreements
  • Pursue multi-property and multi-location opportunities
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline
You'll have flexibility in how you generate business. We care about pipeline, relationships, production, and closed revenue - not forcing you into a rigid script.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Comfortable generating their own opportunities
  • Persistent without being pushy
  • Strong at building professional relationships
  • Organized with follow-up
  • Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person
  • Able to work independently
  • Motivated by uncapped earning potential
Previous B2B sales or business-development experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in property management, multifamily housing, commercial real estate, facility services, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, restoration, roofing, janitorial services, or commercial insurance is a major plus.
Pest-control experience is not required.

We can teach pest control. We're looking for someone who knows how to find opportunities, earn trust, follow up, and close business.

Why Pest Hunters?

You'll work directly with the owner and have the opportunity to help build the commercial side of a growing local company.
This isn't a corporate sales seat where you're just another number. A successful rep can build a substantial commercial book, develop relationships throughout Southeast Michigan, and grow into a major part of Pest Hunters as the company expands.
If you're a strong B2B salesperson who wants a solid base, aggressive commission structure, uncapped upside, and the opportunity to build something, we'd like to talk.
