Pest Control Technician (Licensed)

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)

Location: Orange County, CA

Schedule: Full‐time, in‐person

We pride ourselves on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and professional Licensed Pest Control Technician who wants to grow with a company that truly values its team.

Position Overview

As a Pest Control Technician, you will inspect, identify, and treat pest issues; perform rodent control and exclusion work; and conduct termite inspections and treatments (if licensed). You will provide customers with effective, safe solutions to protect their homes and businesses.

A valid California Applicator License is required. FR2 and/or FR3 licenses are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial pest control services
  • Conduct rodent control, trapping, and exclusion work
  • Complete termite inspections and treatments (if licensed)
  • Set, monitor, and service bait stations and traps
  • Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Complete service reports accurately and on time
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and SPCB regulations


Required Qualifications

  • Valid California Applicator License (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and self‐motivated


Preferred:

  • FR2 and/or FR3 License
  • Prior pest control experience


Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, ladders, and equipment
  • Must follow all chemical handling, PPE, and safety protocols


Driving Requirements

  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record throughout employment
  • Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements
