  • Management experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
  • A self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Thrives on variety, a fast pace, and solving new problems.
  • Route-based or territory sales background (uniform, linen, safety, or pest control).
  • Experience in facility management, janitorial, or commercial building services.
  • Track record growing and retaining a book of accounts.

Benefits

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission across multiple services.
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to client retention results.
  • Uncapped upside: your earnings grow as your accounts grow.

Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Car and phone allowance, laptop, and tools provided.

Growth:

  • Comprehensive training on the proven City Wide systems.
  • Clear path into operations leadership, including Director of Operations.
  • Build and own a book of business in an essential, recession-resistant industry.
