Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a talented Field Lead to work out of our local Service Center. As a Hawx Field Lead, you will exemplify high performance and set the pace for the Team you're on by performing pest management services throughout the year. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager as needed to support the Team. In this capacity, you must be prepared to "flex up" during the company's busy season to manage part of the Team, if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient routes individually.
  • Assist General Manager in providing feedback and coaching Service Pros.
  • Support and train Service Pros on handling customer concerns.
  • Help to develop team members, and create a culture of excellence and longevity.
  • Perform Ride-along Trainings with New Hires and other Team Members.
  • Assist in holding in-person Foundational Training sessions.
  • Assist in holding Team Meetings.
  • Assist the General Manager in making sure that employees fully complete their Foundational Training, Micro-trainings, and all other training.
  • Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Support General Manager in ensuring that all incidents and near misses are reported accurately.
  • Reinforce a culture of safety within the team.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in a residential pest control market, with responsibilities related to coaching and developing frontline team members.
  • Must have and maintain any required state licenses/certifications.
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass required background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
