What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments, similar to work performed by general laborers, landscaping crews, and maintenance technicians.
  • Work outdoors in all types of weather-hot, cold, or wet.
  • Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).
  • Be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customers' safety and well-being.

What We Expect From You:
  • Entry-Level Opportunity: This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals starting out in the general labor, landscaping, or maintenance technician fields. No prior pest control experience is required-we provide training.
  • Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
  • Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
  • Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
  • Age Requirement: Insurance coverage requires employees to be 21 or older.
