Overview

CAPE Pest Control is hiring a Service Manager to lead and scale our field operations. This role is responsible for managing technicians, driving service quality, and ensuring operational efficiency across routes.

We’re looking for a leader who holds high standards, drives accountability, and develops people.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and manage Service Technicians to hit performance goals
  • Oversee daily routes, scheduling, and production efficiency
  • Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Monitor KPIs: revenue per hour, route density, callbacks, cancellations
  • Train team on sales, service protocols, and upselling opportunities
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure 5-star service delivery
  • Work inside FieldRoutes CRM to track performance and optimize operations
