About the Role:
Connors Pest Pros is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Specialist to join our growing team in Springfield, VA! This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in the pest control industry while helping homeowners and businesses protect what matters most. Responsibilities:
  • Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
  • Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans tailored to each customer's needs
  • Apply pesticides, baits, and other pest control solutions safely and in accordance with label instructions and regulations
  • Educate customers on pest prevention tips and communicate treatment recommendations clearly
  • Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and chemical usage logs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable, professional service
  • Manage and restock service vehicle with necessary equipment and products
Requirements:
  • Valid Maryland, D.C and Virginia Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one upon hire
  • Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of common pests including rodents, insects, and wildlife
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized
