Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled pest control services at commercial and multifamily properties
  • Inspect properties for pest activity and identify appropriate treatment methods
  • Perform general pest and rodent control services using Integrated Pest Management practices
  • Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with product labels, regulations, and company procedures
  • Service and maintain rodent control equipment and monitoring devices
  • Identify conditions contributing to pest activity and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive measures
  • Communicate professionally with property managers, maintenance teams, residents, and other clients
  • Accurately document pest activity, treatments performed, recommendations, and service findings
  • Manage an assigned service route efficiently and maintain scheduled service times
  • Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials in a clean and professional condition
  • Follow company safety procedures and all applicable regulations
  • Work independently while supporting the operations team on larger projects and as needed


Qualifications

  • Pest control experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  • California Structural Pest Control Field Representative or Applicator license preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a daily service route
  • Comfortable driving throughout Los Angeles County and portions of Ventura County
  • Ability to work in a variety of commercial and multifamily environments
  • Willingness to learn pest identification, treatment methods, product usage, and safety procedures
  • Comfortable using mobile technology to document services and communicate with the team
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
