Palisade Pest Control employees represent the promise and commitment to our customers of exceptional service, professionalism, and integrity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Manage the scheduling and deployment of service technicians.
  • Train and mentor service supervisors and technicians to ensure high-quality service.
  • Monitor service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction at the operational level.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in implementing new service protocols or initiatives.
  • Supervise technicians on a day-to-day basis.
  • Interview and onboard new technicians
  • Perform equipment and vehicle inspections
  • Be available for emergency route work as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pest control route experience and licensed by relevant state agencies
  • Computers skills, including Google Docs, Office, Email, PC/Mac
  • United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass background check and drug screen
