We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our winning team in Anaheim, CA!

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high call volumes in a call center atmosphere.
  • Schedule inspections and services for customers.
  • Route technicians efficiently for service appointments.
  • Process new customer orders and payments.
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Perform data entry and reporting as needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks assigned by management.
