About the Role - Branch Manager

As a Fox Pest Control Branch Manager , you will lead a high-performance operations team responsible for service excellence, customer satisfaction, and branch growth. You will own the success of your branch and create an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow.

This role blends operations management , leadership, coaching, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making. Youโ€™ll be the primary leader responsible for developing future managers, strengthening operational processes, and driving consistent sales and service results.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead the entire branch operations function with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Build a strong, positive culture that supports performance, personal development, and teamwork
  • Coach and mentor employees through field evaluations, training sessions, and professional development plans
  • Oversee sales performance and lead daily activity check-ins to ensure goals are met
  • Improve customer retention through service mindset, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Manage branch financials; including budgeting, expense control, and P&L oversight
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
  • Collaborate with support teams to optimize workforce planning, routing, billing, and customer communication

Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of management experience (operations, service industry, or business leadership)
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (preferred)
  • Experience in pest control (preferred, not required)
  • Proven ability to develop teams and hold employees accountable to high performance standards
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, and business financials
  • Sales aptitude with a focus on ethical, relationship-driven closing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., access attics/crawl spaces as needed, and work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
