Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1 year of field experience within pest control industry.
• Genuine willingness to absorb intensive hands-on technical instruction and safety mentorship.
• Proven history of punctuality, reliable daily attendance, and strong personal work ethics.
• Comfort working productively in varied outdoor weather elements and confined architectural spaces.
• Strong verbal communication abilities tailored for polite, clear client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent college coursework in life sciences or agriculture.
• Familiarity navigating field routing applications or mobile service platforms like Zoho and Slack.
