We are looking for a dedicated Pest Control Technician to become part of our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and executing effective pest management strategies. This hands-on position demands expertise in pest control methods and the ability to operate autonomously.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residential and commercial sites to detect pest infestations
- Identify the species of pests present and assess the severity of the infestation
- Devise and implement tailored pest control measures based on individual property requirements
- Safely administer pesticides and other pest control treatments
- Install pest control mechanisms like traps and baits to monitor and manage pests
- Offer advice to property owners on preventing future pest issues
- Maintain precise service records and complete essential documentation
- Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in pest control methodologies

Requirements:
- Prior experience in pest control or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in recognizing common pests, their characteristics, and effective treatment protocols
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance, farm machinery, and lawn care practices
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
