Reports to: Managing Partner and/or Director of Personal Training
Looking for a personal training manager who will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for assisting the managing partner with daily club operations and directly managing a team of personal trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

The Undefeated Tribe is the fastest growing franchise group and is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri. Position Overview
The Personal Training Manager supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development. They create a warm, kind, and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in a "no judgments" environment.
Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers
  • Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members
  • Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
  • Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to achieving individual and company goals
  • Administer and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients
  • Ability to generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team
  • Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to, dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking
  • Maintain accurate reporting and data for insights into performance of the department
  • Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs & organizational priorities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
  • Report to the General Manager and Director of Fitness on key results and action plans
  • Maintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification/CPR records of all personal training staff
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer preferred
  • Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
  • Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
  • Must have solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
