Reports To: Club Manager

The Sales Team Member is responsible for assisting the Club Manager in daily duties, member relations, and gym maintenance.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations:

  • Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages and club emails.
  • Set appointments for the Club Manager and Training Manager.
  • Perform follow-up functions (calls, emails, texts) to members and prospects; no cold calls.
  • Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
  • Stock merchandise when needed.
  • Assist with the club social media to enhance engagement, community, and culture.
  • Collect and enter payments from members.
  • Count the till and account for money coming into the club.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Travel Demands:

Less than 5% annually.

Physical Demands:

A Sales Team Member spends much of the day in the office and on their feet.

This is a part-time, hourly position.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

Saturdays may be required based on seasonality.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and multi-task.
