Job Summary

Seniors Helping Seniorsยฎ in-home care services offer companionship for seniors who wish to remain active and independent from the comfort of their home. Weโ€™re searching for mature and compassionate individuals to add to our team of personal caregivers. Each personal caregiver will have the option to decide which duties, as listed below, are best fitted to their experience and/or personal preference when assisting our seniors.

Serving Huntington Beach and surrounding areas.


What do we look for in a caregiver?
We donโ€™t require our senior caregivers to be of a certain age or possess a particular level of experience, just a passion for helping seniors in the community continue to live independently.

Our personal caregivers should encompass the following traits:

  • Can relate to the aging process, help navigate the challenges growing older can bring
  • Enjoy helping others
  • Compassionate and empathetic to the needs of the senior community
  • Willing to share life stories, interests, and hobbies with a senior companion

Applicants fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi and any other language are encouraged to apply.

Companionship and Homemaker Duties may include:

Personal Care Duties may include:

Working Conditions:

  • The role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Work is primarily conducted in clients' homes.
  • Some light physical effort may be required, including assisting with mobility and transferring clients.
