At Harmon Insurance, we're growing our team of dedicated insurance professionals and are looking for an experienced and driven Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to build strong client relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales, market appropriate products and services to service customer needs
  • Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients and companies we represent on the phone, email and on paper.
  • Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects.
  • Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
  • Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company.
  • Cultivate relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Positive Professional image in person and on phone.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience and be licenced
  • Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well.
  • Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Familiar with rating software.
