Location: Denver, Colorado โ€” Denver Tech Center (100% Onsite) Locals only

Compensation: $130,000 - $185,000 per annum

About the Firm:

Law Firm was founded in 1996 with a mission to build a dedicated litigation practice that becomes the last firm clients ever need to hire. The firm delivers high-level litigation results while maintaining a focused, team-oriented environment based in Denver's Tech Center.

The Role:

The firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally within commercial, construction, or insurance-related litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims

- Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters

- Take and defend depositions

- Draft motions

- Attend court hearings in state and federal courts

- Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis

- Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations

Required Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school required

- Active Colorado Bar license required โ€” no exceptions

- Local candidates only โ€” Denver, Colorado area

- 3+ years of litigation experience required

- Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred

- Strong research and writing skills required

- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
