Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Healthy Living and in harmony with the Christian values and purpose of the association of South Palm Beach County, the incumbentโ€™s primary responsibility is the development and execution of personalized exercise programs to members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Design and implement individual fitness programs for members concentrating on current fitness levels and fitness goals.
  • Maintain written documentation of each memberโ€™s fitness program.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with members.
  • Display a professional image through conduct and appearance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards members and co-workers.
  • Seek member feedback continuously.
  • Accurately record member-training sessions for payroll purposes.
  • Attend all staff meeting and in-service training programs as implemented by the Director of Healthy Living.ย 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Healthy Living.ย 
  • Maintain certifications as required.
