As a Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional curbside experience for our customers. You’ll select items with care, ensure orders are accurate and fresh, and provide friendly, efficient service — all while bringing Meijer’s values of family, community, respect, and growth to life.
What You’ll Do
- Carefully shop customer orders using our digital platform to ensure accuracy, freshness, and quality.
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude at curbside pickup.
- Deliver orders efficiently, verifying items and processing payments when needed.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling products.
- Keep the staging and pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with questions or concerns.
- Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy or fast-paced periods.
- Support other store areas as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
