ย
Our diverse team shares a collective passion for solving complex problems with a drive to innovate and a desire to create the passenger-centric travel industry. Based in Toronto, our inclusive culture is built on trust, collaboration, deliveringย a great product, and continuous personal development. We love what we do, and we support the team around us.ย
ย
As an Integrationsย Manager, you will lead one of several engineering teams responsible forย deployingย our industry-leading software solutions. Responsibilities / Integration Strategy & Efficiency
  • Direct scheduling and allocation of people within an Integrations team, balancing capacity across multiple projects.ย
  • Negotiate timelines and priorities with colleagues in Delivery, serving as the first point of escalation for project-related issues.ย
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership toย identifyย and drive initiatives that increase the configurability and flexibility of integrations.ย
Responsibilities / Leadership & Execution
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Integrations teamย (recruit, onboard, performanceย manage,ย develop, andย plan capacity).ย
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.ย
  • Translate strategic goals into clear plans and priorities for the team, and ensure successful,ย timelyย delivery.ย
  • Build strong partnerships withย Product,ย otherย Engineeringย teams,ย andย Deliveryย toย alignย priorities,ย identifyย risks early, and jointly resolve complex issues.ย
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication across teams, especially when handling dependencies or conflicting priorities.ย
Responsibilities / Architecture & Quality
  • Ensure all integrations are built to be scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.ย
  • Develop a deep understanding of our integration architecture and customer requirements to guide decision-making and resource planning.ย
  • Champion quality and best practices in integration design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.ย
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience building and leading teams.ย
  • Proven experience managing integration teams or complex enterprise integrations, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment.ย
  • Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, enterprise software development, and cloud-based architectures.ย
  • Abilityย to effectively balance competing priorities, negotiate schedules, and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.ย
  • Experience building systems that prioritize configuration over customization is a strong asset.ย
  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.ย
  • Technical experience with or familiarity with our stack is a plus: React,ย Vue.js, TypeScript,ย Node.js, C#/.NET Core, MongoDB, Docker.ย

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
