As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, including detailed evaluations to help inform effective treatment plans.
• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs for enhanced personal growth and development.
• Establishing collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitoring their progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Delivering teletherapy services, making therapy accessible to individuals who may have transportation issues or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to uphold ethical standards and track client progress effectively.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in therapy methodologies.

The primary focus of our team is to support individuals dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, facilitating their journeys toward recovery in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach towards clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or crisis intervention are especially encouraged to apply. Expertise in using telehealth platforms for therapy may also be advantageous in this role.
