• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, in accordance with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Implement tailored therapeutic strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate client healing and encourage personal development.
• Develop and analyze detailed treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and monitoring progress throughout the healing journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care for all clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Be prepared to offer crisis intervention and develop safety planning strategies for clients in need.

• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.

Though not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical setting focusing on family counseling or community health is highly beneficial.
