MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND HAVE FUN DOING IT!
Residential Resources is hiring Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals affected by intellectual/developmental disabilities in our staffed residences in Keene/Greater Keene area-and we have multiple openings available!
Whether you're an experienced DSP or new to the field, we welcome your passion and dedication. Each home has its own rhythm-some are calm and quiet, others more active-so we'll work with you to find the right fit.
Weekend Shifts Available:
  • Saturday &/or Sunday
    • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Pay Range:
  • $17.00-$20.00 depending on the residence.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide hands-on support and personal care
  • Assist with daily routines and medication (training provided)
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

  • Individuals who want to work all or most of their hours on weekends
  • Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least 3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
  • Must pass all required criminal and background checks
